Whilst it is interesting to be a bystander and watch the communications of this administration in action, it also depresses me slightly that some people might still think it is ok to operate with the press like this. Whilst there are times to be firm, even bullish, there is no place for bullying. Whoever has to fill these shoes needs to set and change the tone, otherwise they to will become quite frankly a joke.
It’s probably safe to say that this White House will learn nothing from the most recent hebdomas horribilis, but one of many in what will certainly be an annus horribilis.
